• Bookings - All entertainer should be booked in advance to secure their availability for your date. A minimum deposit of 25% is required for each booking, there will be no refund on deposit if cancellation occurs.

• If booking is greater than $350 the deposit will need to be 30% of the total amount of required booking price.

• Face painting, balloon twisting and games, please take into consideration that face painting and balloon twisting takes time, bookings for over 10-15 children are taken at a minimum of 2/hrs.

• Characters and themed parties - each party and package is individually themed. Please ask staff if the can alter packages to suit your needs. However, packages, times and prices can be subject to the amount of children attending your party. We will suggest the package that will work best with your requirements and amount of children.

• The larger your group gets we will advise you to add a second entertainer to your booking to allow for best value, maximum engagement and quality service. 

• Our booking times are firm and very rarely can be altered once booking is made. Please ensure that if you want photos with the entertainer or to do the cake cutting you do it 10 minutes prior to the entertainers finishing time.

   TRAVEL FEE: 

 

A travel fee may be added to any booking outside our servicing areas.

What we need from you: 

 

If you are hiring a face painter then he/she will need a small table and two small chairs set up.

Please make sure you have allocated enough space for your entertainer to engage with the children, also take into consideration the weather that your entertainer will be entertaining in.
